| Description: | The "Balcom" was built in 1882 at Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She was owned by D. R. Holt of Forest Hill, Illinois in 1893. She was of 50 gross tons. The photograph shows the "Balcom" at Duluth, Minnesota, where she served as a tow boat. She was abandoned in 1914. |
